Your account may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as your subscription allows.

DevMatrix reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

DevMatrix shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

DevMatrix may occasionally send you emails related to your account or the services. By creating an account, you consent to receive such communications.

Some of DevMatrix's services are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

For subscription services, you will be charged the then-current subscription rate plus any applicable taxes. If the subscription fee changes, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or payment method for any reason, DevMatrix reserves the right to terminate your access to the service.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

The DevMatrix service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DevMatrix and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DevMatrix.

You retain all of your ownership rights in your content. By uploading content to our platform, you grant DevMatrix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate DevMatrix, a DevMatrix employee, another user, or any other person or entity

In no event shall DevMatrix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

DevMatrix's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.

DevMatrix may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

DevMatrix reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page, sending you an email, or through other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
